01 General Terms & Introduction

Welcome to ab98, an internationally licensed online gaming and sports betting platform operated by ab98 Entertainment Ltd. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services offered through the ab98 website, mobile interface, and any associated applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing, registering on, depositing into, or otherwise using the ab98 platform in any capacity, you enter into a binding legal agreement with ab98 Entertainment Ltd. These Terms apply to all registered users, whether accessing the Platform from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, or any other location worldwide.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ab98 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and ab98. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional communication or marketing material, these Terms shall prevail.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to ab98's gaming and betting services is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. ab98 operates a strict 21+ policy across all gaming and betting products without exception.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to you in your country or jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, including certain restricted territories as defined in ab98's licensing conditions.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or close family member of ab98 Entertainment Ltd or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, software providers, or marketing partners.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or syndicate when registering or placing wagers on the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

By completing registration on ab98, you expressly warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. ab98 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residence at any stage, and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

03 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ab98. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or information belonging to another person.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ab98 operates a mandatory KYC process in compliance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) policies. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, Passport, or Driver's Licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or other registered payment account)
• Source of funds documentation where transactions exceed designated thresholds

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal capabilities or account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ab98 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify ab98 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ab98 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your account credentials.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ab98 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and selected international card schemes. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

4.1 Deposits

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction within the Platform cashier.
• ab98 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your ab98 account balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• ab98 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any deposit or crediting bonus funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount as displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take 1–3 business days.
• ab98 reserves the right to perform additional security and AML checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Any bonuses or free bet credits applied to your account do not constitute withdrawable cash until applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ab98 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed the minimum required deposit as specified in the relevant promotion.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once, unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in cancellation of all bonus funds and potential account suspension.
• All deposit bonuses and free bet credits are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be voided along with any associated winnings.
• ab98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Material changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• ab98 reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion or all promotions at its sole discretion, particularly where it suspects abuse, fraud, or exploitation of promotional terms.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, casino, slot, live dealer, and other gaming activity on the ab98 platform is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any product-specific rules displayed within the relevant game or betting market:

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted subject to the rules of the specific sport and market as displayed at the time of placement. PSL, international cricket, and other sports markets are governed by their respective sporting body's official rules.
• Bets accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds may be voided at ab98's discretion. Where odds are manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, ab98 reserves the right to recalculate bets at the correct odds or void them entirely.
• In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Bets placed during a network interruption or delay may be voided if the match state has materially changed.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per market. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, and RNG table games, use certified Random Number Generator technology. Game outcomes are statistically random and independent of previous results.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel and reflect the theoretical long-term average payout, not a guaranteed return for any individual session.
• Malfunction of any game software voids all related plays and stakes. If a technical fault is confirmed, affected bets will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface and must be respected at all times.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ab98 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform under any name, identity, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed systematically to exploit odds discrepancies across platforms.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any ab98 software, security systems, or infrastructure.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions or to create a false impression of your location.
• Accessing the Platform if you have been self-excluded or are subject to a cooling-off period.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the ab98 platform — including but not limited to the ab98 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ab98 Entertainment Ltd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any ab98 content without express prior written permission from ab98 Entertainment Ltd.

Any unauthorised use of ab98's intellectual property — including use of the brand name, logo, or game assets in any third-party context — will be treated as infringement and may result in legal action.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab98 Entertainment Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ab98 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to account compromise resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or match information.
• Any delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus credits attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Outcomes of bets or casino games, which are subject to chance and are not guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ab98's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

ab98 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds over a chosen period to prevent excessive losses.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. A notification will be issued when the limit is approaching.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the ab98 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period selected.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and the net result of your session.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

ab98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe or submission of fraudulent documentation.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against a deposit made to the account.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Determination by ab98 that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of the gaming environment.

Upon closure of an account for cause, ab98 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of these Terms is identified, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC requirements.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ab98 Entertainment Ltd holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, bonus, transaction, or any other Platform activity, you must contact ab98 customer support in the first instance. ab98 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be escalated through the dispute resolution procedure established by ab98's licensing authority.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to your use of ab98 must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, failing which the claim shall be permanently barred.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ab98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ab98 will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ab98 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request closure of your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version came into effect.
